Learn More about New Zealand Conservation Trust’s Work.

  • Kiwi Recovery Work

Over 500 kiwi chicks have been cared for in our purpose-built kiwi breeding centre at Willowbank. Of those, more than 370 have hatched there and others have arrived as juveniles.

  • Biodiversity Work

Our trapping projects across Canterbury rely on regular monitoring and community involvement, removing hundreds of introduced predators each year to support native wildlife.

  • Education Programmes

We offer a wide range of education programmes for learners of all ages — we help build knowledge, connection, and long-term care for native species and the environment. Book your visit today!
